I was aware that finding a rental in Brighton is a tenuous process, but, Callaways was a gush of fresh air, as opposed to what I heard. I had interacted with James Duffy, who’s a Branch Manager at Callaways, and was delighted to observe how smooth my transition with them was! Professional, diligent, transparent, always on-time, and quick to understand and process the requests! For someone who recently moved, it was a great help. From the administrative side, Laura Simpson was friendly, welcoming, responsive, and understanding. Interacting with these two made the transition a whole lot easier.
