As an estate agent I know how easy it is to underestimate both the emotional impact and the practicalities involved. After all, you stream your music, you keep all your data in the cloud and you haven’t built up years of hand-me-down furniture, yet. But you WILL be surprised when you start to think about all the things you have built up and need to work out what to do with. It’s a good thing you haven’t got lots of old rickety tables and chairs handed down through the generations, right?
